Thunderstorms from space

We discussed this in Enrichment, but I thought you all might want to see it. We can't watch at school because YouTube is blocked, but go to YouTube and type in "Lightning and Thunderstorms from space". Imagine you were an alien passing by our planet during a Thunderstorm, what would you think?
Also, Kudos to Katie B. Good call on the storm. Your mom has a reliable source. Maybe we'll see you guys on Tuesday or Wednesady huh?

QUIZ IS STILL HAPPENING WHEN WE RETURN!!!!

Weather Starters

Hey guys,
Here are some websites we use in class. Please explore and have fun doing so. The USA Today site has plenty of tutorials in it and can help explain things that arouse your curiosity. Let me know if you want some others.

Been a While

Okay everyone, I know it's been a while since we've used the blog, but it is going to play a major role in our next unit. Familiarize yourself with the links to the left and get comfortable using the blog on a daily basis. Next test will cover the Waves Unit (labs 12-14). Test will be next week, probably Tuesday or Wednesday. I've updated the links to the ones we used in class. feel free to explore.
